Returns and Exchanges:
At AO FALCONRY SUPPLIES®, we are committed to your satisfaction. If any product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 business days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent: unused, in good condition, and with its original packaging intact.
Return Exceptions:
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of products such as hoods or gloves that show evidence of use, such as claw marks, food residue, blood, or similar stains. Additionally, personalized products with logos, names, or other specific elements are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. However, if the replacement is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, AO FALCONRY SUPPLIES® will cover the shipping costs.
Shipping and Customs:
We ensure that all necessary documentation is included for shipping to the destination country. However, we are not responsible for incorrect handling of cost information presented to customs offices. Import costs are the buyer's responsibility.
